UPCOMING SHAREHOLDER MEETING

January 22nd, 2022

Elk River Country Club, Inc. d/b/a Elk River Golf Club

Dear Shareholder:

The increase in golfers in 2020 continued in 2021. ERGC green fees increased 18% and our membership increased 21%.  With the clubhouse open for the entire 2021 season, our clubhouse sales were up 41%.  This past successful season has allowed us to make improvements and replace aging equipment throughout the facility.  These projects range from finishing the downstairs bar to completely remodeling the upstairs restaurant with a new stand up cooler, walk-in beer cooler, and convection ovens.

Going into 2022 we are forming a course Renovation Committee to work with Zach Varty on updating/improvements to the course. We have allocated $ 25,000 for 2022, with the majority of the work being done in the fall.

In 2022, we will be addressing our equipment needs such as leasing a new greens mower, purchasing a tee mower and purchasing a rough mower (which are coming off lease).

We are excited about the future at ERCC and look forward to hearing from you, and/or seeing you at the annual meeting on January 22nd, 2022.  Please contact us by phone at 763-441-4111 or e-mail at events.elkrivergc@gmail.com with any questions.  Dinner will not be served this year, however, pizzas will be available to order following the meeting.
